I. Who is the Privacy Policy addressed to?

  1. ACSEC Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław at Krakowska 29, 50-424 Wrocław, pays special attention to the privacy of users of the politykabezpieczenstwa.com.pl website (hereinafter “Website”). If you use the Website, the Privacy Policy is addressed to you.
  2. In the Privacy Policy you will find information on how we use the personal data provided by you, how we secure it and what rights and obligations you have.

II. Who collects my personal data?

  1. The administrator of the personal data provided by you is ACSEC Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław at Krakowska 29, 50-424 Wrocław.

III. How is my personal data collected?

  1. If you visit the Website politykabezpieczenstwa.com.pl, IT data concerning your visit is automatically collected, in particular:
    • IP address,
    • operating system type,
    • browser type.
  2. A visit to our Website itself does not require you to provide any other information or personal data.

  3. Other data is collected voluntarily in other ways, e.g. by telephone, fax, e-mail, newsletter subscription form, only if you want to provide us with such data, e.g. to receive an offer or to subscribe to a newsletter. Through these means, you may provide us with your personal data, such as:

    • e-mail,
    • phone number,
    • address.
  4. Your personal data is also collected when you send us your job application by sending us a file with your resume.
  5. To sum up, we may collect your personal data and then further process it for the purposes of:
    • respond to your inquiries (if you have called or written to us asking for an offer and/or asked us to prepare an offer);
    • marketing of our own products (if you are our Client, we can process your data for marketing purposes as part of the so-called legitimate interest, on the same basis we use remarketing tools based on cookies, we also obtain contact details from publicly available sources on the Internet, e.g. websites, in other cases our marketing activity is based on your consent);
    • sending the newsletter — if you have given your consent to it;
    • recruitment — if you have sent us your application.

IV. How is data collected for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter?

  1. If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it, we only ask you to provide your e-mail address to which information from us will be sent.
  2. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.
  3. Your personal data obtained in this way is not transferred to other entities, except for the company operating our Website and companies operating servers for the above purposes.

V. How is personal data collected automatically? What are cookies?

  1. As we have already mentioned, when you visit our Website, we automatically collect some of your data. This data is collected by so-called Cookies.
  2. Cookies are files sent to your computer or other device when you browse the Website.
  3. Cookies allow us to remember and check your preferences. Due to this, we can, among others, improve your search results, take care of the relevance of the information you display.
  4. Cookies do not make any modifications or changes to the settings on the device or software that has been installed on your device.

VI. What other technologies do we use that track activities on the Website?

A. Google AdWords (Cookies)

  1. Google AdWords uses Cookies, which are text files placed on your device, to remember which websites have been visited from your device.
  2. Google collects data obtained from placing Cookies on your devices on its servers and uses this information to display ads on other websites you visit.
  3. We, as advertisers using Google services, do not have access to data from Cookies stored on your device, but we can order ads to selected recipients, e.g. to all people who have visited our website in the last 7 days.
  4. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
  5. This data is only statistical material for us, and we order advertisements only on the basis of collective criteria (to specific target groups, not to a specific user), so the data from Cookies is not combined in any way with other data that you provide to us.

B. We do not use Google Analytics (Cookies) — analysis of website statistics.

VII. For what purposes are personal data not derived from Cookies used? Are they passed on to anyone?

  1. The personal information you provide to us is used to:
    • undertake marketing activities,
    • accept your possible objections and inquiries,
    • conduct recruitment if you have provided us with information about yourself for such a purpose.
  2. If it is necessary to perform the above activities, your data may be transferred to other entities. Such transfer may only take place with our consent, on the basis of a concluded contract and only to those who ensure that your data will be adequately protected and processed in accordance with the law. This means that your personal data is transferred:
    • the company that operates our Website,
    • the hosting provider who maintains our Website on its servers,
    • an IT company that maintains a backup of the website,
  3. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
  4. If you agree to our use of your personal data to receive commercial information (newsletter), your data will be collected and used for marketing purposes, i.e. to send you marketing information.
  5. If you are not our Customer and you have not consented to us sending you marketing information by e-mail, SMS or telephone, then the personal data that you provide to us (e.g. to our employee or consultant) directly, e.g. by phone, may only be used by us for the purpose of contacting you and providing you with the necessary assistance and for the purpose of the contract concluded between us and you or your company.
  6. If you are our customer, then as part of the so-called legally justified purpose, we may contact you in order to promote our own products. However, if you do not wish to be contacted by phone or e-mail, then we can only send you written materials via traditional mail.

VIII. Do I have access to my personal data? Can I revoke my previously expressed consent to receive commercial information?

  1. Remember that you have access to your personal data at any time. You can get a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge.
  2. You can also always get information from us about:
    • the purpose of processing your data,
    • what kind of data we process,
    • with whom we share your data,
    • how long we plan to keep your data,
  3. You have the right to:
    • rectify your data,
    • delete or limit your data if we no longer need it for the purposes for which you provided it to us, or if you have withdrawn your consent to our processing of your data or object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
  4. You can revoke your consent to receive commercial information by e-mail and/or consent to marketing telephone contact at any time. You can revoke your consent by e-mail to the following address: office@politykabepieczenstwa.com.pl. In the footer of every message we send in our newsletter, there is also a deactivation link that you can use to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
  5. You can also object completely to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

IX. Is my personal data secured?

  1. Your data is secured by us through the use of organizational and technical measures, necessary and appropriate to prevent the risk of violation of your rights and freedoms.
  2. In particular, we protect your personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against damage or loss.
  3. The security of data transmission is ensured by the use of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3) transmission protocol. SSL consists in encoding data before it is sent from your browser and decoding it after it safely reaches the server operating the Website.

X. Final provisions

  1. The rules set out in the Privacy Policy are subject to Polish law.
  2. You can always fail a complain about our handling of your personal data. A complaint is submitted to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  3. This Privacy Policy comes into force on 15.03.2022.
