National Interoperability Framework (KRI) compliance audit

The National Interoperability Framework is known as…

The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems.

It concerns the minimum requirements for public registers and the exchange of information in electronic form, as well as the minimum requirements for ICT systems.

The status of the implementation of the minimum security requirements in the units can be controlled by the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) and the Ministry of Finance. We conduct an information security audit in accordance with the Guidelines for Internal Auditors on Conducting Periodic Audits of Information Security in Accordance with KRI.

Pursuant to Article 25(1.3) of the Act on Computerisation of the Control of the Operation of ICT Systems used for the performance of public tasks or the fulfilment of obligations under Article 13(2), the audit shall be conducted with regard to compliance with the minimum requirements for ICT systems or the minimum requirements for public registers and the exchange of information in electronic form:

  • in local government units and their associations and in legal self-government entities and other self-government organizational units created or run by these units,
  • in public institutions subordinate to or supervised by government administration bodies,
  • in other public institutions.

We have an extensive implementation experience in implementing the KRI requirements.

We conducted the first audit in June 2012, a month after the regulation came into force.

We invite you to work with us.
